Challenges and barriers of the project: - Finding a committed and enthusiastic candidate from a disadvantaged background who can pass the ANM and Staff Nursing courses. - Communication with candidates due to lack of reliable internet or phone service. - Uncertainty of The Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training to continue the course. Fundraising. Disruption by Pandemic and natural disasters.
